Ayahuma is supported by people who believe this work matters.

We don't run marketing campaigns. It doesn't feel like who we are. We simply do the work and we invite those who feel moved to support it.

If you give, you will know where it went. We document everything and share it with our donors directly and personally.

Why give to Ayahuma?

  • Help build Ayahuma

    Your donation helps create measurable progress to Ayahuma. Phase 1 is complete, phase 2 includes a kitchen and dining space, two additional cottages and walkways.

  • Preserving plant medicine

    Maestro Elvis is growing Ayahuasca and many other sacred plants in our gardens. With your support, we are holding monthly herbalism classes/workshops for the community.

  • Local education

    We helped build the school in Puerto Miguel and support four families this school year. With your help we buy school supplies, lunch and organise projects.

  • Jungle protection

    Ayahuma supports the local community to protect the village, jungle and rivers from deforestation, illegal fishing and other harm.

  • Support local livelihood

    Our number one rule is that the local community should benefit from our work. Ayahuma’s entire team is from the area and their income supports many families.

  • Community anti-venom

    As the nearest hospital is two hours by boat, we maintain vials of anti-venom for our staff, guests and the entire Puerto Miguel family. Each vial costs $500.
